Refunds & Cancellations


You can cancel your order anytime before it has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. However, if you cancel the order after the product is shipped, you may be charged with shipping charges by the seller.

Please note that the complete order needs to be canceled. We do not accept partial order cancellation requests.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, only if the return/refund request is placed within 2 working days from the date of delivery. 

Returns, Exchange/Replacements are done free of cost only if wrong products, wrong sizes or damaged products are received by the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. all the tags and labels should be intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

•    Gift cards

•    Downloadable software products

•    Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

•    Book with obvious signs of use

•    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

•    Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

•    Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-8 working days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customer's responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.

Mode of Refund for both canceled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In the case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT or by Cheque.

Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques).

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should email at to initiate product return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For Service:

Cancellation of Automatic Renewal of Premium Account: Customer has to notify us to cancel automatic renewal at least one business days prior to the account expiration date.

If a customer wants to cancel the service before one complete cycle, no partial refund will be provided.

Additional Information:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
